When 1stAvailable renamed and repositioned their online healthcare booking service to become MyHealth1st, they approached Messy Design for some fresh ideas on how to rebrand. The aim was to build a new identity system to reflect the company’s vision of providing a unified, patient-centric healthcare service.

The innovative digital platform called for a bold approach to stand out in the category. Our big idea was to humanise the identity, and build a strong brand architecture to support the growth of the business across mobiledigital, print and experiential touchpoints.

changing the face of healthcare

Challenging traditional medical clichés, the Messy Design team developed the key messaging, logo and a colourful identity system inspired by the digital connection between patients and their healthcare practitioners. The resulting brand mark depicts two human figures connecting to form a smile. With the new, vibrant brand identity, MyHealth1st is set to change the face of healthcare by providing a better patient journey.
