Purpose
When 1stAvailable renamed and repositioned their online healthcare booking service to become MyHealth1st, they approached Messy Collective for some fresh ideas on how to rebrand. The aim was to build a new identity system to reflect the company’s vision of providing a unified, patient-centric healthcare service.


Idea
The innovative digital platform called for a bold approach to stand out in the category. Our big idea was to humanise the identity, and build a strong brand architecture to support the growth of the business across ux and ui, social, print, experiential and content marketing touchpoints.
