Wentworth Advantage supports growing businesses with human resources (HR) and industrial relations support, to help them improve the management of their business and meet compliance obligations. They engaged Messy Design to help develop a clear brand strategy and corporate identity for a new range of services, which makes HR easier for associations and businesses

Our approach was to refocus the corporate identity on the core attributes of the business: communication and protection. We restructured the brand architecture and other marketing collateral in a simple, user-friendly way. A new brand mark was developed, inspired by a shield that was designed to form the letter ‘W’.

Our strategic and collaborative process resulted in a brand promise that reflects Wentworth Advantage’s point of difference and personality. The new corporate identity and styleguide we developed gave them all the assets needed to roll out the branding across campaign, print and digital touchpoints.
