Hiscoes has been keeping Surry Hills locals fit for more than 30 years. Their unique approach to fitness is well-known and loved among its members, but required a new brand identity and messaging to communicate clearly to the wider community.

Hiscoes has a low-key atmosphere, with a focus on real people and real results. Our brand strategy involved featuring members of the gym in a down-to-earth style, with bold typography and a contemporary design that encouraged the people of Surry Hills to engage with the brand.

Formalising the brand vision, values and personality allowed Hiscoes to solidify their brand position in the market. The new branding tapped into the emotive drivers of joining a gym, with a consistent identity applied across touchpoints including the logo, photography, outdoor signage, flyers, social media, website, posters and motion graphics for digital billboards.
